Sensory deprivation is a way for us to truly rest and repair. Floating in a warm magnesium salt bath, your body can easily unwind. Salt oxidizes the muscles and releases the hormones that cause stress to the brain and body. It can calm the mind and clear negative patterns of thinking. Blood pressure decreases, muscles relax and blood flow increases into the body, revitalising and restoring all of the systems.
Floating is done in a closed or open Pod with a relaxing atmosphere. Lighting and music can be adjusted to your tastes depending on your needs.
Floatation Pod
The pod calms you down when you stop in time and motion. Your body is pure and purified in a moist, mineralised solution to ensure your safety. You will be gently cocooned with soothing light and sound or to completely silent in the moment.
We're going to show you how to make the most of your float. Rinse first to remove dirt and oils. Use the provided earplugs to clean your ears. As salt stings, we supply a natural gel. If you need to touch your face, use the hand towel included, as your eyes will sting. Follow up with a shower......
