To supplement the manual treatment an effective exercise regime which helps to strengthen, stretch and re coordinate your muscles will allow you to regain your former pain free life. Postural instruction may also be necessary to reduce excessive gravitational stresses on your body and prevent your problem from reoccurring.

Sports people find Osteopathy beneficial for increasing performance by balancing the bodies musculature and releasing biomechanical restrictions which allows freer, more balanced movement and therefore better performance in whatever sport you are involved in. Sports injuries also respond quickly to treatment using our combination of physical and acupuncture modalities.
