Briefly, holistic counselling suggests that you and I are more than our momentary, sometimes long-established symptoms, what we usually call our problems. It means that who we are in our wholeness, beyond our sense of brokenness and isolation, is what belongs to each us as our greatest source of power. That power can be used to change even our most challenging symptoms into an understanding of where we have come from and where we are going.
