Helen practices holistic kinesiology in Sydney’s Hills District, and as a wife, mother of two grown children, and grandmother, draws on life experiences to help others.

Fifteen years in administration and marketing with a nutritional company was the perfect grounding for Helen’s move into natural, complementary therapies as a practitioner. Her own health challenges provided the catalyst to experience many of the therapies used in holistic kinesiology.

Holistic Kinesiology incorporates a range of non-invasive, individual natural therapies to identify, then diffuse physical, emotional and spiritual stressors which can create dis-ease, chronic pain and low energy levels.
