I know where you are I’ve been there. I have juggled all the balls (and dropped a few) but am here to tell the tale. I want to share with you the things that have helped me. The changes I have made which means I have my sanity back and my soul is no longer searching.

Who am I?

Helen is a kick arse coach who has been working with her spiritual connection for most of her life, whether that be consciously or unconsciously.

She is passionate about parenthood and all things we women have to endure during our life time. Sometimes we become so entrenched in our role as Mother, sister, wife, lover we forget who we really are and what we came here to achieve. We can get so tangled up that we feel fed-up & frustrated, floundering around wondering what direction to go in and that’s where she steps in.

Helen has the ability to pinpoint the problems and help you find the solutions. Working with spirit helps her to find the heart of the problem quickly and easily and help hers to guide you to the most appropriate action.

She is kind, she is honest and open, her work is based purely upon helping & supporting women who have lost their way. She isn’t hard sell and trickery that’s not her style, what you see is what you get, and it’s always with a smile.

Healing

My healing work is a combination of both Spiritual and Reiki healing. I have worked with healing practices since 2004 and have seen many fantastic results. My healing work can help relieve or shift any blocked energy within the body. This energy can be unblocked in a way that helps you feel emotionally and physically more balanced. Healing is not carried out on anyone without their permission and full understanding of the healing they will receive. All treatments are unique and tailored to the individual and the issues they present with. Healers do not diagnose but they work exceptionally well with other healing practices and medicine. If you have any medical concerns you are always advised to see a medical professional for advice.

Spirit coaching

I currently offer two coaching packages that produce the most amazing results. I only work with a limited number of clients in this way as I like to ensure my 1:1 clients receive my undivided time and attention. If you have stumbled into a sticky patch in your life and you are not sure how to move on, then this is for you!

I work with you one to one using my spiritual guidance and life change techniques that will help you get out of your current situation and heading towards a life that is much more fulfilling for you. This work is either weekly or fortnightly and you will be given areas to focus on in between our sessions. I will send you through some brief notes to help you keep the momentum going. Don’t worry you will be able to email me if you get stuck in the process. The results from my 1:1 work have been amazing, I would love to help you move away from mundane and have you heading towards marvellous!

Guidance

Gift of Guidance is there to offer you the opportunity to receive guidance on different areas in your life. So often we come across a situation or circumstance and wonder what we should do. Often we ignore or discredit our own intuition and get caught up in the emotion of the situation. Asking for some guidance is a quick and simple way to receive some confirmation and clarity regarding what’s happening in your life.

All guidance is given via email. You have the option to chose to receive guidance on one or three topics. Once the guidance is received it is typed up and sent to you via email, easy peasy!

If you want your guidance quick there is a charge of an extra $10; this will see the message in your inbox within 24hrs.
