Massage Therapy:
Combining ancient & modern massage techniques, acupressure, essential oils, magnesium oil and energy alignment depending on your needs. This can also be safely adapted for pregnancy & massaging children. 30 mins-$45 :: 1 hour-$80 :: 1½ hour-$110

Clinical Aromatherapy:
During the consultation we discuss your current physical & emotional condition and your aims for the session. Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils are then professionally blended for you and applied during a full aromatherapy treatment - deeply relaxing, promotes detoxification and supports mind, body & spirit to 'let go'. 1½ hours-$120 including consultation

Raindrop Technique:
Imagine the sensation of sinking into a deep & blissful state of rest, as someone performs the ancient Tibetan version of reflexology on your feet. As you slowly (even reluctantly) come back to your body and roll over, you experience the gentle splashes as therapeutic-grade essential oils are applied up your spine and to your tired muscles. These oils are then 'feathered in' using a spine-tingling technique inspired by the Native Americans, combined with massage. You can't get more pampered than this. This is an exciting modality, which can be performed on both people & animals.
About the Raindrop Technique - its name is derived from the art of dripping unadulterated, therapeutic-grade essential oils onto the body from a height (like rain), so that the oils interact with the physical as well as the energy field. Because the essential oils easily penetrate the skin & muscles, the technique works on deep levels of the body without requiring hard pressure or force. Raindrop Technique was developed by essential oil researcher & naturopath D. Gary Young. 1 hour 15 mins-$120 (please allow extra 15 mins for first session)

Energy Alignment:
Focussing on releasing blockages in your body, this is a hands-on treatment providing support to both the physical & energetic bodies to promote healing on many levels. If you have a physical problem that is not resolving through conventional means, it often means there is an underlying emotional or energetic issue - Energy Alignment is designed to support the release of that blockage and therefore aid healing. 1 hour-$80 :: 1½ hours-$110

Emotional Clearing:
In a safe & nurturing space, communication, Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils & energy/bodywork are used to support you as you move through the trauma, issue or situation currently at hand, so you can find your answers, awareness and healing around the issue. $80 per hour
