You are invited to take off your shoes and socks, & gently dip your feet into an aroma foot bath. Following this you experience a soothing, loving, caring hour of foot work, laying on a cushioned massage electric table feeling all warm and relaxed.
Let the practitioner take you on a journey of floating on a cloud in a state of meditation where you can forget about the outside world for a while.
You will experience also the soft lighting, aroma therapy perfumed and gentle music.
Many ills and aches and pains are caused by the many stresses in life that most people experience in this day and age. One of the major factors that reflexology can claim to achieve is the release of this stress and tension
By relaxing the body it is then able to improve the blood circulation and nerve conduction, which in turn allow more efficient functioning of all parts of the body. Along with helping the body to eliminate toxins, reflexology is then able to promote a balancing of systems to help create wellness.
Since the year 2000 I Heather Reynolds, have practiced as a professional reflexologist.
I’ve completed 18th months full time study: consisting of 2 courses. I Basic, 1 Advanced.
I’m a member of the professional association, insured & every 3 years I,m to repeat a StJohn’s 1st Aid course. I have to attend workshops & keep up continued professional training for points yearly. This is all for my continued membership.
I do this therapy with my Ear Candling, part time from my home.
Also I go to clients homes, if for some reason they can’t come to me.
Ear Candling, you only have to relax, on the table and enjoy this simple method. It assists in removing excessive ear wax, infections and residuals of past infections.
In most cases they may improve the following conditions:
During the treatment old ear wax and noxious toxins are drawn up the candle which has been lit and placed gently in the ear.
The heat of the smoke softens the wax in the ear and the vacuum made by the burning candle draws the old wax liquids etc. out of the ear, into the candle.
When the candle has burnt down to three quarters of its original length and the flame has been extinguished the candle can be cut open to examine what has been drawn out of the ear. You will be truly amazed.
REFLEXOLOGY some benefits:
Our feet we depend on for support & mobility. Yet they are probably the most neglected part of the anatomy & are usually left to look after themselves.
“On an average we take 14,000 steps a day”.
So everyone can enjoy the benefits that reflexology offers. After a treatment, the day ahead you feel different, lighter & more relaxed.
