An Intuitive Counselling session begins by unfolding your Story, while sharing your story, I will establish an intuitive connection with your "higher self" (soul truth).  It's similar to using a navigation system where I explore the aspects within you that may be concealed due to fear, habit, or limited awareness. 

At some point in our lives, everyone has experienced a sense of intuition, such as knowing something before it happens or having a "gut feeling" that something is not quite right.  This intuitive aspect is a fundamental part of who you are.  However, since it is not as frequently used as our other senses, it may feel unfamiliar, leading us to disregard or overlook its guidance.

Through your openness to receiving guidance, I can guide you in learning more about trusting your Intuition and utilising this guidance in your everyday life, this is an important part of creating the life you wish to live.

All of us have a six sense which manifests differently in each of us.  My abilities are "Clairsentience" or an Empath, which means 'clear feeling' and "Claircognizant" sense of knowing.  This allows me to feel the energy of others and connect with spirit and/or a higher source.  Tuning into the feelings and emotions of others opens up a pathway to receive insights for you, and identify the people who may be influencing you positively or negatively.  This is when you will gain clarity about and confirmation of, what you may already intuitively know about challenges in your life.

I get it - the struggle is real! Trying to break free from a toxic relationship can feel like  'Mission Impossible', with the intensity overwhelming  The whole "better the devil you know' thing? Yeah, it's like a broken record playing in your head.  It's wild how you can lose yourself in all the chaos they create and start believing your are nothing without them.

I left and returned ten times, unsure what to do or where to go.  Eventually, something inside me snapped, and I knew I had to devise a plan to leave for good  It wasn't easy being alone, unemployed, with no money, and caring for two children.  I had doubts, faced with self-sabotage, depression, and even being stalked, but I persevered.  This journey, difficult as it has been, has led me here, hoping to inspire others to empower themselves towards genuine freedom.

Your "Story" matters, we all deserve respect, love, and the freedom to lead our lives without constraints imposed by others, no matter what kind of relationship, be it a friendship, family, or work.

Love entails a mutual bond that grows stronger through shared experiences, both difficult and rewarding.  True love never involves harming another with hurtful words, anger, physical or mental abuse, or seeking to control and change someone to meet one's own needs, as this is not love.

So YES to you and free yourself with a new sense of YOU with empowerment to create a new life, you were meant to live.
