My passion is connecting people with the information and self knowledge that will liberate and enliven every corner of their life. Whether you are aware yet or not, you hold great wisdom and know more than you think!
I am a Counsellor and Trainer, specialising in Parenting, Relationships and Child Mental Health. With time spent in the not-for-profit sector and over 15 years working with families and children of all ages, I understand the many challenges families can face. I have also done this work myself, so I know the courage it takes.
My big loves are Conscious Communication and the attachment parenting program Circle of Security, as they are such simple, highly effective lenses to easily connect us to getting our needs met and finding our personal power.
For all of us at times, there can be circumstances, beliefs or habits that get in the way of our inner knowing and personal empowerment. Be it in relationships, work or your relationship within, perhaps there is an easier way to enhance your experience.

Communication Courses & Seminars
I offer specialised trainings for kids and adults at my office in Worongary as well as on site when this is more suitable. Topics include communication, healthy relationships, bullying, mindfulness and attachment to name a few. Check out our events calendar for details.
Based on decades of attachment research, I deliver the world renowned Circle of Security Parenting program. This powerful group supports parents to rely on and honour their innate wisdom whilst deepening their capacity to read their child's changing emotional needs and ability to manage emotions and ultimately, enhance their child's self esteem and resiliency.
Whether you are simply needing support with direction, learning new relational skills or the deeper work of healing and understanding a significant life challenge, I offer a number of techniques to approach reaching your goals, with sensitivity and commitment to your individual needs. Counselling & Coaching
Initial Counselling or Coaching Session
$150 - 1.5 hour session
dditional time is allocated for an initial appointment to ensure a comprehensive and wholistic understanding of your current situation. Skype/Zoom sessions available upon request.
Ongoing Counselling or Coaching Sessions
$120 - 1 hour session
Skype/Zoom available upon request.
Parenting or Communication Coaching Session
$200 - 2 hour session
In this time we can get a good understanding of what might be getting in the way of creating the connection or culture within your relationship/family. We can then focus on the specific, practical skills and info that will help you make this happen. Where appropriate, these sessions can be inclusive of children, however will be necessary to discuss option prior to the appointment.
