8 WEEK CHALLENGE

I'm not a fan of the word challenge - but after hours of searching - THAT IS WHAT IT IS...... A CHALLENGE. Well at the beginning anyway, especially if you are new to exercise. 8 weeks of sticking with 3 workouts a week programmed by your trainers who will guide you every single step of the way. Small numbers within the session so you will never be lost or feel intimidated as at HBS we are a super supportive network who love working out with new and seasonsed fitness go getters.
The deal - you workout 3 times a week and your workout must include Body Sculp and Bootcamp - then the third one is entirely up to you to chose from the timetable (Yoga, Power, Pilates, Boxing).
With your challenge sign up you also get the option of adding more classes to your week (because down the track you may just feel like it). For an extra $10/week direct debit - you get to upgrade to unlimited for the remainder of your 8 week challenge.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow Yoga is suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced. It is exactly that, Gentle and slow really allowing the practitioner to connect breath, body and mind in this hour of bliss.
I once read a that saying you are not flexible enough to do yoga is like saying you are too dirty to take a bath..... yoga is for everyone, it has no boundaries, no requirements and no judgement, it is just about moving to your ability with your teacher as a guide and finally landing in the zone for your final relaxation........ savasana.
Suitable for everyone, men & women and pregnant ladies.

YOGA FOR KIDS

We have so much fun through Yoga poses and sequencing, but what I think is more important, is we teach the children how to be still, how to hold their own space and not worry about others around them. How to breath to relax and how to breath to control anxiety, anger or a number of emotions that can be consuming.
You may think it's impossible to have your child lay still for 10 minutes and do nothing as we guide them through a relaxation and mediation - trust me, they do lie still, AND they enjoy, AND they benefit.
All the while instilling the HBS mantra that we can be HAPPY, BEAUTIFUL and STRONG in the body we have regardless of size, shape or mobility.
