Why massage?

Massage is one of the oldest, simplest and least intrusive forms of therapy. It is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas of the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate, and tone the body. Massage can stimulate blood circulation, improve mental health and lift ones mood, while aiding in lowering stress levels. Massage is a natural means of relieving pain and discomfort. We instinctively rub aching muscles to obtain relief and we intuitively touch those who we wish to comfort.

    Frequency
    I will design a personal health plan for each client. It is usual for new clients to have sessions initially on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Later maintaince sessions may only be required (approx once a month).
