Lisa works with a range of therapies and after an intial consultation, we can discuss what would be best for you going forward. This is a collaborative process and Lisa is very keen to empower you and involve you in your health journey.

Lisa works with women and children of all ages and in particular
- Mood disorders such as anxiety/depression, trauma, grief and loss
- Pregnancy, birth and postnatal period, assisting mothers with adjusting to motherhood and newborns.
- Womens health in general including difficulties in falling pregnant, perimenopause and menopause.
- Chronic health issues.
With a background in Midwifery for over 25 years, Lisa brings that experience and combines it with the complementary approach to provide a more natural health option.
As a mental health practitioner, Lisa is experienced in working within the Perinatal field, Grief and Loss, Trauma and Birth Trauma. Using therapy and combining it with these modalities, provdes you with a more holistic approach to your treatment.
