Paula is more than just qualified. She has an innate understanding of how to release muscle tension beyond that which you could get through a simple course. She has years of experience and can always identify and release the target ares that make your entire body feel better. She always provides a calm and relaxed environment and is extremely easy to talk to. You will always leave feeling a high level of improvement and she will ask whether you like hard, medium or soft massages to suit what you need at the time. Absolutely recommend.
