I currently offer
Remedial/deep tissue massage; affectively relieving muscle tension, stiffness and pain through effective deep massage strokes and soft tissue techniques.
Sports massage; designed to prepare muscles and aid recovery through specialised muscle fibre strokes.
Relaxation techniques; for stress relief and general wellbeing using gentle rhythmic strokes and focusing on whole body relaxation and ,
lymphatic drainage; for excess fluid removal and assisting in the flow of healthy lymph through the body
Myofascial release; Working to release and unwind tight fascia around the muscles and relieve stiffness associated with this.
90 min Hawaiian Hot stones; Large volcanic basalt stones, heated and used to place under towels or used with oil to massage the whole of the body, effectively work away tight sore areas, while giving a pleasant and unique massage.
Chinese Fire jar cupping; Various sized glass cups, heated with a flame and placed or glided on certain areas of the body, promotiong the elimination of toxins and impurities by drawing them up to the capillaries and lymph for the body to flush out. Known best for leaving harmless circle like bruising on the skin.
