I work with individuals. My work is trauma-sensitive, Attachment Theory & evidence-informed.
 
I work in a gentle, holistic, non-judgemental and de-pathologising way which is always emotion-focussed. I have an intention to level the power imbalance in therapy. So, rather than being the "expert" we work together, in an authentic collaborative relationship, as I accompany clients in a process of awareness-raising. Together, we work toward understanding habitual patterns, stuckness and difficulties - effecting desired and lasting change.
 
Meaningful and enduring change takes time and repetition. I support clients (individuals or relationship members) to build exercises, experiments and practice into their daily lives. I understand the repetition required for enduring change occurs inside and outside the therapy room. Counselling and psychotherapy can be an important part of the healing process, but it is not the whole process.
