Hi, my name is Kaaren and I am an experienced Wellbeing Therapist who provides a range of treatments that will relax, calm, and re-energise your mind, body, and spirit. I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, Shiatsu Practitioner, and Reiki Master/Teacher, with extensive experience working with a variety of massage styles and alternative modalities. I am also a Kinesiologist and Qigong Teacher. If you are seeking emotional support or someone to help clear emotional baggage, many of the therapies on offer are suited to supporting and helping you do this. Please feel free to call and ask me any further questions. We are open Tues to Sat from 9am to 6.30pm.
