Mera has over 20 years experience in the field of mental health and addiction medicine. Her work has included private Case management & involvement in the Public & Private health sector working together with clients in helping manage a variety of health situations.
Mera is a Clinical Hypnotherapist with a Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Diploma in Hypnotherapy for Pregnancy & Childbirth. Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, Registered Nurse & Accredited “Mental Health First Aid Instructor”. Mera also provides Clinical Supervision & trained at “The Bouverie Centre”. Providing 1:1 or group supervision.
Mera’s approach is holistic & supportive. Building on an individuals strengths, promoting self development & growth & respecting the uniqueness of each individual person.
Using Hypnotherapy she helps clients build on their strengths, reach desired goals, develop a healthy focused insight into their abilities, enhance resilience & reach their full potential.
