Hypnotherapy - What is it?

Hypnotherapy is a scientifically proven practice used to support change and healing.

Through hypnosis we enter a state of deep mental, physical, and emotional relaxation combined with heightened focus. This process bypasses the conscious mind—the analytical and critical part—allowing access to the subconscious, where we hold a wealth of information. In this state, we are more open to suggestions, enabling positive change, the ability to overcome obstacles, and to address beliefs, thought patterns, and blocks that hold us back.

What is hypnotherapy used for?
Hypnotherapy is used to address and resolve many issues. Through hypnotherapy we can successfully change behaviour, increase self-awareness and confidence, manage pain, reduce stress, anxiety and depression, overcome phobias and addictions, quit smoking or vaping, address weight and sleep challenges, build self-worth, improve overall well-being, and more.
