What the Naturopathic consultation is about!
On arrival Kareen will take yor medical history and note your concerns... if you have any medical test results please bring them along. Initial appointment will address your most important issues first with nutritional advise and/or nutritional medicines. If you have a variety of issues or chronic undiagnosed problems, Kareen may order more tests/investigations and ask you for a follow-up appointment to assess and or conclude findings.
Kareen also offers personalised programs for Weight Loss, maintain Wellness, Pregnancy Care and Integrated or Express Detox programs...
Kareen targets all health conditions including Food Sensitivities or Allergies, Gastro Intestinal Problems, Chronic Fatigue, Type 2 Diabetes, Anxiety & Stress, Female Health Issues, Cancer Support.
Kareen will discuss and advise on any Health, Nutritional or Dietary concerns you may have and prescribe high quality Practitioner Only Nutritional Medicines & Supplements including dietary advise to address your concerns. Supplements prescribed depend on your goals, health issues and recommendations.
Principles of our Weight Loss Program:
The main aim beside from helping you to lose weight, is to help you and guide you with healthy dietary habits and how to maintain weight loss to prevent yo-yo dieting. All consultations are booked with the Naturopath and also look at treating underlying issues that contribute to weight gain or prevent weight loss. Providing a safe, educational and no fad dieting approach.
If suitable we also work with a Practitioner only program from Metagenics called "Shake It". A healthy thermogenic ketogenic fat burning program, using practitioner only supplements. Designed for more rapid fat loss, is very simple to follow and includes one high quality meal replacement per day with optional protein snack bars, other then healthy meals. A great kick start program but can also be done for as long as you would like.
