Comprehensive EFT Training Levels: To deepen your knowledge and skills in EFT, Alison teaches 2 comprehensive training levels: Level 1 and Level 2.  Level 1 focuses on basic skills and foundational knowledge, while Level 2 builds upon that foundation with more advanced techniques to develop skills and expertise.

EFT training Level 1 Allows you to explore EFT tapping as a tool to relieve your own issues and to do simple tapping with family and friends for preventative health, self-help, or personal growth & development.  You will learn all the basics of EFT tapping to assist you to become confident to tap for yourself, family, and friends. Level 1 is the compulsory prerequisite for Level 2 Training. 

EFT Level 2 training Course takes a deeper dive into energy healing, counselling, and psychology, providing you with advanced tapping techniques to address complex emotional discomfort.
