Throughout history, women have been given a pill and a prescription that supposedly regulate hormones. For too long, menstrual pain and its complications have been normalised. This shouldn’t be the case. With proper guidance and treatment, you can live in harmony with your cycle. Contact Kailene for more information!
Haelan Naturopathy
Focus areas
Kailene is an accredited clinical naturopath who weaves traditional medicine with modern, evidence-based science to help women find lasting wellness.
Through her practice and own personal discovery of the healing abilities within, she encourages her clients to unlock their own potential for the health of mind and body by educating and empowering them.
Aside from poor digestion and hormonal imbalances, Kailene also suffered from mental health issues throughout her life. They only provided her with short-term relief or Band-Aid solutions, which often exacerbated her condition further.
When she explored natural methods to help her body return to optimal health, she fell in love with naturopathy, and she developed a passion for helping others heal.
With a passion for fertility and hormonal health, Kailene is dedicated to educating and empowering women to make long-lasting changes, such as ditching the pill and rebalancing their hormones, getting pregnant naturally, and transitioning gracefully into menopause without sweating and experiencing sleepless nights.
Individuals and couples alike are welcome at Haelan Naturopathy’s clinic in Parkwood, where an open, inviting environment offers acceptance and guidance.
Kailene also provides online consultations for clients interstate and abroad to assist them in their healing process.
