guzzFit has been conducting fitness training sessions in Coogee, Randwick, Bronte, Queens Park and Waverley for over 10 years.
Our personal training, group fitness and boxing classes are scheduled and sequenced using a highly tailored approach, we do this to maximise training efficiency and effectiveness.
Our strategies always begin with a clear understanding of your current fitness level and the goals you're seeking.

Food Diary Meals and Nutrition Plans
guzzFit brings your health and fitness goals to you faster with balanced food diary meals and nutrition plans.
When we're together and you decide how much of your "FREE" Trial PT session to devote to discussing meal planning and nutrition we’ll decipher the way your body responds to eating a balanced meal.
A guzzFit balanced meal contains 4 portions. 1 portion is an amount the size of your four fingers, whereas 3 portions is an amount the size of your clenched fist.
You will attempt to consume 5-6 balanced meals per day for 3weeks, each balanced meals you consume should be separated by 2-3hours and also be recorded in the food diary we supply to you so you can submit it to us each week for 3weeks. At the 3week mark we'll provide you with a compete nutrition plan to achieve your fitness goals.
On the EAT page Green Chart below “PROTEINS” are categorised separately to “STAPLE FOODS” and “HIGH CARBOHYDRATE FOODS”.
- Planning your meals in advance and recording them,
- Writing out a grocery list to stay on track, and
- Having a guilt free day once a week to avoid food cravings,

Recovery Therapies to Fix Physical Pain
We don't like Band-Aid treatments. We prefer to get to the root of why a body part is sore and hurting. Prioritising the reduction and then removal of physical pain is essential to achieving fitness goals.
If you feel any physical discomfort during your guzzFit Training "FREE" Trial PT session we can devote a greater percentage of it to resolving the issue and establishing how to take away the pain,
