Valerie Monteiro's life story is a testament to resilience, courage and the transformation power of holistic healing. Diagnosed with nephritis at the age of 2, Valerie faced a challenging kidney conidtion during a time when medical advancements were limited. Despite uncertain outcomes and unsuccessful treatments, her parents turned to a blend of pioneering medical treatments, dietary adjustments and prayers. Against all odds, Valerie triumphed over nephritis.
However, the aftermath of nephritis and intensive medications, left Valerie grappling with a host of health issues, including bronchial asthma, insomnia, migraines and digestive troubles. Determined to explore holistic solution, Valerie immersed herself to studying Naturopathy, Ayurvedic healing, Yoga and spirituality. A pivotal 15 day retreat at an alternate healing centre not only cleared her ailments but also instilled a profound mission to help others.
Valerie's remarkable recovery propelled her into the realm of holistic healing. She became renowed as one of the most successful holistic healers. Her dedication to transformation healing earned her recognition, including winning the prestigous 1st prize of the VCare foundation for her innovtive and effective approach to healing all chronic diseases including cancer. Transitioning her expert and passion, Valerie ventured into Mental health, Trauma healing, and Relationship counselling. She has designed and developed several courses including 21 day Trivesta healing, Couples Craft, Alchemy of Love and 7 week Oneness and INtimacy challenge. Valerie's life story serves as an inspiration to all, illustrating the power of perseverance, holistic healing and pursuit of purpose in transforming lives and forstering deep healing connections.
