Services Offered

Relaxation Massage

The movements in a relaxation massage include long strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, vibration, and shaking, rubbing in the same direction as the blood flows back to the heart.

An invigorating and relaxing massage is a great way to relieve stress.

Sports Massage

During a sports massage, massage techniques are applied to increase athletic performance

These are usually done prior to or after training, as conditioning programmes, or for rest or rehabilitation.

Correct sports massage techniques can accelerate the healing process and improve athletes' training and competition capacity.

Structural Aligning

The purpose of structural alignment is to realign the body by identifying imbalances in certain muscle groups that result from overuse.

It improves balance, coordination, and general movement.

Acupressure Massage

Based on the principles of acupuncture, acupressure involves applying pressure to specific points of the body with fingertips.

Acupressure helps stimulate and activate the body's natural healing powers.

It is known to improve nerve function, strengthen the body's immunity, flushes out tissues and improves blood circulation and increase flexibility.

Reflexology

It is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet corresponding to all parts of the body and the nervous system.

In a safe and natural way, thumb and finger pressure can be applied to these reflex points and reflex areas.

Among the benefits of reflexology are the reduction of stress and tension, the improvement of blood flow, and the unblocking of nerve impulses.

To help you relieve pain and discomfort, Greg can provide you with a relaxing and effective massage therapy session.
