Qi Gong combines, breathing, self-massage, movement and meditation into a gentle art and a system of health maintenance. It began from watching developments of nature and animals. It has a considerable measure of movements similar to that in Tai Chi.

The structure taught is called "18 Lohan Hands". This form covers a general range of Qi Gong action from dynamic (Wei Kung) to peaceful/inward (Nei Kung).
