We will also give instruction on specific Bandhas (muscle group contractions around joint complexes) for injury rehabilitation, increased strength and flexibility, and profound healing.
Hatha Yoga classes also provided with a focus on the spiritual aspects of Yoga and Meditation, and are suitable for all levels of experience. Our classes include the instruction of Asanas (static and dynamic poses), Pranayama (breath control), Mudras, and the 8 limbs of Yoga. Our goal is to teach you how to balance your mind, body, and spirit.
