  We utilise a combination of natural therapeutics and healing techniques including: Herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, flower essences and dietary advice. I draw on naturopathic diagnostic techniques such as hair, tongue and nail analysis and in some cases iridology as well as utilising medical tests and assessments. These, together with a detailed case history, form the basis of the therapeutic care plan.
  
  Naturopathic care is an excellent treatment for acute and chronic conditions affecting people of all ages, from children to the elderly, and can be used in conjunction with medical care.

  I enjoy providing expert preconception care for prospective parents. Preconception care is the ultimate in the naturopathic philosophy "prevention is better than cure". We work to optimise your fertile potential and preconception health means you will experience less health problems during your pregnancy and give a much better opportunity for your baby's constitution, vitality and future health.
• I am co-author of a new book Create a Fertile Life which is packed with practical guidelines that couples can implement to optimise their fertility, reduce the risk of miscarriage and improve chances of IVF success. This is a pre-conception bible which has been written with the hindsight of our near 20 years clinical expertise at Fertile Ground.
  
  I can provide continuous care (both preventative and curative) for you and your family's health through all stages.
