Initial Consultation & Case History

Your initial consultation with an Osteopath runs for an hour and sets up a comprehensive case history so that the Osteopath can gain a good understanding of your pain and then provide treatment or referral to help improve your condition/issue.

Standard Osteopathic Treatment

Following the initial consultation and having obtained an understanding of your condition and the developing of a treatment program. Your osteopath will spend a significant amount of time using hands-on techniques with a range of methods including deep tissue (myofascial), soft tissue (massage), stretches, manipulations, and any other exercises.

Maintenance Osteopathic Treatment

Once the management of your condition is under control and the majority of your discomfort/pain has resolved, a monthly maintenance plan is the best way to ensure that your body stays in optimal working order.
