Reiki Session (in person)

Through Reiki healing sessions I offer you guidance, reduce anxiety, depression, panic attacks, insomnia, alleviating pain, increase intuition and happiness, enhance general wellbeing, increase relaxation, experience stronger self-esteem, develop yourself spiritually, balance and heal yourself emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually and experience a greater sense of meaning in your life. Reiki promotes the body to heal itself, it also helps people cope with a wide range of health conditions such as cancer, heart disease, chronic pain, infertility, neurodegenerative disorders, ADD/ADHD, autism/development delays, Crohn’s Disease, IBS, traumatic brain injury, Emotional illness, fatigue syndromes, digestion, support of substance abuse recovery, accelerates surgical recovery, reduces side effects from radiation, chemotherapy and Rx meds and assists with end of life care and bereavement. Reiki is a natural holistic method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can benefit from. A Reiki session supports wellbeing, happiness, promotes balance and is effective in helping every illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. As a Reiki Master I can teach you the wonderful world of Reiki including healing yourself, your loved ones or teach you to become a practitioner.

Distant Reiki

Reiki knows no boundaries or barriers; a distant Reiki is as strong as a hand on Reiki but has the benefits of being able to receive a Reiki at any given time without coming to an appointment. One of the basic teachings of healing is that we are more than our physical bodies we are made of energy and have an energy body and this is how we are able to heal from a distant session. Distant Reiki’s are ideal for anyone who understands how energy works and can recognise you can receive distant healing, time poor people who need a healing but cannot fit in an appointment, clients needing a healing in between coming in for a in person healing session. You receive a PDF write up of your Reiki.
