Intensive Deep Pressure Massage

An intensive deep pressure massage is the best option when you are looking to loosen tense and tight muscles. It is common knowledge that when your muscles are tight, it can make life difficult and can even cause you a great deal of discomfort and pain. That is why we use deep pressure to get in and release all the deeply held knots that are holding you back.  

Our proprietary massage techniques, developed and offered by George Parker, means that our massage therapists will be able to pick up on each knot and adhesions in your muscles and work to break these down throughout the massage.

We understand that we all have different pain thresholds, and therefore we like to work very closely with our clients to ensure comfort levels are noted. Once a baseline pain threshold has been determined, we will continue with the deep pressure massage. Furthermore, if you’re confident that the pressure is too light or soft you can always request an increase in pressure.
