What is required at a Focusing session?

Is there any scientific data that supports focusing?
Yes. This therapy is based on a research that shows how connecting with your inner voice and body language can create positive effects in your life. Focusing was developed by Prof. Eugene Gendlin of the University of Chicago during the 50s.
Can focusing be offered online or remotely?
Yes. Ute Rosenbauer provides face-to-face sessions in her office as well as online focusing therapy via Skype or Zoom. She speaks English and German fluently.
