Welcome, I’m Ute (pronounced ‘Oota’)

Over 16 years as a CranioSacral Therapist, and for the past four years as a Focusing Therapist I’ve helped hundreds of people ease their physical or emotional pain and restore their ability to experience a meaningful life. Many of my clients are surprised that such a light touch can make them feel relaxed and make a real difference to their pain and symptoms.
