I am an accredited Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist/Counsellor and a member of the Australian Hypnotherapist Association.  I have been in practice for many years and specialise in using Hypnosis Techniques to incorporate a number of Therapies to enable you to understand the root causes of issues such as anxiety, stress, phobias, disease, intolerances etc. so that you can be your own healer. You hold the power over your health and vitality and You have the ability to heal yourself.    

I have a strong belief that healing and positive change works best when we get in touch with our physical, mental and spiritual being.  In my time with you, I use a range of modalities to channel healing energies to meet your needs and individual situations to restore balance in your life. During our Hypnotherapy together, I can use individualized frequencies to help balance your mind and body and relieve stress.  I can also use Genome Healing and a further range of Modalities – Reiki, Quantum Touch and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).  

I am a qualified Reiki Healer (I and II) and Spiritual Healer and feel so fortunate to be able to use these gifts to channel healing energy to you in the time we spend together.
