Formally retired from a 40 year education career in 2012. Roles as:

• Statewide behaviour management policy officer (Catholic Education,)
• Deputy Principal

Between 1998 and 2004, worked as a sessional Group Worker for the Centre of Personal Counter (COPE Adelaide) delivering courses in 'Communication and Assertion,' 'Men and Intimacy,' and 'Oersonal Development.'

Retired as a Clinical counsellor in 2014, registered with the Psychoptherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia. My focus areas were:

• General counselling of adults and teenagerts
• (Educators across all levels of schooling.)

I continue to provide private counselling as well as coaching individuals moving towards retirement or who are retired. I still maintain training as a Senior Instructor of Glasser International and Glasser Australia organisations. I deliver training in Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Managment according to Glasser International syllabus:

• Basic Week (4 days)
• Basic Practicum (30 hours field experience over 6 months)
• Advanced Week (4 days)
• Advancd Practicum (30 hours field experience over 6 months)
• Certification (4 days)

I also offer stand alone courses:

• in Lead Managment (1 or 2 day courses)
• Group work (1 or 2 days
• Take Charge of your Life (1 day course)
