my name is Gab, and I’m an experienced Functional Nutritionist.

I treat the root cause, and positive results include more energy, weight loss, less bloating or discomfort, balanced moods, better sleep, lowered inflammation, less aches and pains, and in general more vitality. I also coached my clients on healthy habits and mindset.
I offer full functional lab testing including extensive gut testing, hormone testing and blood work.
Once I have taken a full health history and interpreted any test results, I can work on any imbalances or nutrient deficiencies and build a completely bio-individual protocol just for you. I can pin point which organs needs support and whether a detox or metabolic reset is required. I analyse your current diet, lifestyle and habits and work with you to create a sustainable plan which you will not only enjoy, but will come to be a natural part of your life.
My protocols include nutritional and lifestyle aspects, together with therapeutic quality supplementation and coaching and support the whole way.
