Chair Yoga 

Chair yoga is a relaxed type of yoga performed standing or sitting next to a chair. The exercises, called Asanas, often translate Hatha yoga poses. 

Sometimes, because of the impact of aging or limitations, the chair yoga student cannot take part in conventional yoga classes. 

Nonetheless, chair yoga is a great practice for all as it improves personal knowledge and deepens resilience.
