Beginners Yoga A class that is catered for the very beginner who would like to try yoga for the first time, or have tried yoga and would like to go back to the very basics. So no matter your flexibility your age or gender, this class is designed for people who are interested in learning yoga step by step from the very beginning.
Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice Yin yoga works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscle. Energetically, yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of Prana in the organs.
Vin/Yin Yoga is a combination of Yin and Vinyasa starting with our Yin asanas then finishing with a flow using the breath to flow our poses creating a warmth sense through the entire body and raising our heart rate.
Mens Yoga Our Men's Yoga class will burn fat, build lean muscle and allow you to look and feel your best. You will build mobility and flexibility, prevent injury and reduce daily aches and pains in the body. This class is specifically designed for men of all ages, fitness levels and is perfect for the novice that have never tried yoga before.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga was popularized and handed down from Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore India. In this class, students practice an exact sequence of postures, which are outlined in six different series. The series start with sun salutations, which prepare the body for stronger postures later in the series. This is a more rigorous class with demanding postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga focuses on building solid core strength and harnessing the breath to move into more advanced postures. This class will leave you de-stressed and energized.
