About Us
Flexions Personal Training has been helping people get fit and lose weight in the Hills District since 2006. We cater for anyone with a goal to get fit, stay fit, lose weight, tone, improve muscle mass or maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Our services include one-on-one and group fitness training, weight management, injury rehabilitation and core conditioning programs.

We currently train in Rouse Hill, Kellyville, Bella Vista, Baulkham Hills, Norwest, Seven Hills, Winston Hills, Castle Hill and Cherrybrook.

Many PTs are tied to a particular gym and can only conduct sessions in that environment. In many cases, you are obliged to become a member of that gym in order to receive personal training!

At Flexions, we believe in FLEXIBILITY. We can train at the gym, in the park or even in the comfort of your own home.

Many of our clients have children at home to consider, so we simply work around your needs, in some cases the children even join in!

We really do believe the emphasis is on PERSONAL more than TRAINING. That means, each client has a unique program tailored to meet their individual needs. We take the time to understand your goals, your limitations, your circumstances and your motivations.

We then become your training PARTNER, coaching you to achieve your goals—in fact, YOUR GOALS BECOME OUR GOALS!

We can discuss your goals and agree a mutually convenient time and place for your FREE first session.

We will conduct a fitness assessment as part of this first workout together and will record all your details using state of the art measurement equipment that allows us to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI), bone density, hydration levels, muscle mass and many other statistics.

This info is crucial in helping you identify what you want to achieve and the kind of program that will help you achieve it.

Your personalized program and also the pricing structure will be entirely dependant upon your goals and the plan we agree together.

Many people don’t really know what their goals are, or how to quantify them, so that’s where our expertise comes in.

We will also provide you with an information pack and regular updates, including our newsletters and helpful articles to motivate you as well as explore some of those confusing fitness myths that exist!
