Flagstaff House is located at 50 Dudley St West Melbourne, opposite to the beautiful Flagstaff Gardens with views over the Melbourne CBD, we are only 200 meters away from Queen Victoria Market. Great access to public transport and parking facilities.

Availability

Consulting Rooms are available 7 days per week.

Consulting Room Rates

For Long Term Room Leasing, rates are negotiable. 

For Casual Booking, billing period is one month. During that month the booking fees will scale down as you book more sessions. Each booking is 1 hour long.

Fee (Per Booking)

• First 5 bookings                                              $ 29.70 + 2.97 GST
• Next 15 bookings (6 to 20).                          $ 24.80 + 2.48 GST
• Next 15 bookings (21 to 35).                        $ 21.50 + 2.15 GST
• Next 15 bookings (36 to 50).                        $ 14.50 + 1.45 GST
• More than 50 bookings                                  $ 11.00 + 1.10 GST
• Less than 1 days notice                                 Normal fee + $ 6.00 + 0.60 GST

​Fee (Per Cancellation)

• ​Less than 1 days notice                                  $ 12.00 + 1.20 GST
• More than 1, but less than 7 days notice     $ 6.00 + 0.60 GST
• More than 7, but less than 30 days notice   $ 1.00 + 0.10 GST
• More than 30 days notice                               Free

​* The cancellation fee will also never be more than the original booking fee.

Parking

There is on-street 3-hours meter parking in front of the premises, 1-hour free parking is available on Milton Street. The nearby Queen Victoria Market public car park provides hourly or flat rate daily parking.

Registration

Registration with Flagstaff Gardens Consulting Rooms is easy and starts with contacting the manager using the details below to organise a time for you to come and see the rooms. There you'll see how the rooms operate, how security is managed and given a quick demo of the simple online booking system.

Next you'll be given a registration form to fill out with your professional and insurance information, given a key / security code for the building and an account for the booking system. Then you'll be ready to book your first session!
