My name is Tod Fischer and I am a Personal Trainer, just as I was about to turn 40 I realised I was overweight and feeling old.
I made a determination that to get fit and feel healthy again and stay that way. Getting up to 87kgs a few years a go I battled my way down to 74kg and I feel great(almost the same weight as when I was 20 years old).
I have continued to maintain my weight and wanted to inspire other people to do the same thing, so I put my all energy into becoming a personal trainer. It wasn’t easy working full time as well as studying and keeping in shape as well but I achieved it.
It is not as hard as it seems, it takes education, concentration and little bit of consistent effort. I’ve done it, now I’m help you to do it as well.
