BOOTCAMP – Outdoor Group Exercise

Want to loose weight, get fit, tone up, relieve stress?

Live in the Sunshine State and want to make the most of the beautiful weather and the great outdoors?


There’s no yelling, screaming, mud, tears or army officers. There is fun, encouragement, challenge and above all results!

With a limit of 15 people per session, you are ensured personal attention and one on one time, to tailor a program to suit you. Suitable for all fitness levels over 18.

Outdoor training incorporating cardio, strength and resistance work, weights, boxing, Pilates, stretching and yoga.

6 week course, choice of 2 or 3 sessions per week

Choice of mornings or evenings, 1 hour sessions $14 per session

Buy a 10 class pass for $130, or a 20 class pass for $240 and use for bootcamp or any other classes at The Fitness Booth

PARENTS & PRAMS BOOTCAMP

Specifically designed for parents to exercise outdoors with their baby in a supportive and friendly environment.

Perfect way to get back into shape after your pregnancy without having to leave your baby - suitable for mums once given the 6 week clearance from your doctor

Mums and Dads welcome - great way to meet other parents in your area

Feel comfortable, not having to leave your baby at home or in the creche. Don't worry if your baby starts crying. Other participants totally understand.

Incorporate the pram and your baby into your workout


Mon 9-10am, Thurs 9-10am

$14 per class or buy a 10 class pass for $130, or a 20 class pass for $240 and use for parents & prams bootcamp or any other classes.


BRIDAL BOOTCAMP

Private outdoor training for your bridal party to help you all look and feel your best on the special day.

Trainer will come to you at a time convenient to your bridal party, to help you all look your best on that special day!

From $12 per person and available in most areas in Brisbane.


In Home Training


MY AQUA AEROBICS

Got a pool? You pick the time, the people and the place. Get a group of your friends together, meet at someone’s house and the instructor will come to you. Make it a social event and have friends stay for a coffee or lunch. Small group allows instructor one-on-one time with each of you, and can tailor the program to suit your fitness levels, time constraints and fitness goals.
    3-4 friends - $16 per person for 1 hour
    5-7 friends - $11 per person for 1 hour
    8-10 friends - $9 per person for 1 hour


IN HOME PILATES

Have a large open space, or level backyard? Get a group of friends together at a time convenient for you, and the instructor will come to you. Send the kids to school and get together with other mums, exercising in the comfort of your own home. Allows a more personal and social class for you and your friends, tailored to your group.
    3-4 friends - $18 per person for 1 hour
    5-7 friends - $13 per person for 1 hour
    8-10 friends - $10 per person for 1 hour


IN HOME PERSONAL TRAINING

Have some space in the backyard? Choose the time that suits you and have the trainer come to your home. Can be one-on-one training, or small group, and includes pilates, boxing, cardio vascular, strength and flexibility training.
    1 person - $65
    2-3 people - $40 each
    4+ people - $25 each



PILATES

PILATES CLASSES
Tone up, increase flexibility, improve posture, relieve stress, meet people in your area, recover quicker from injuries, increase energy levels and confidence.

Small group classes, ensuring tailored intensity to suit you.

Suitable for anyone over 16, first time or seasoned Pilates enthusiasts. Includes foam roller, band, ball and matwork.

Pregnancy Pilates is specially designed to help the body through the changes and demands that pregnancy and childbirth place on a women's body. Ideal to maintain good posture, strengthen pelvic, hip and core stability and control healthy weight gain. Workout with women who understand how you are feeling, and at a pace that is healthy and safe for your ever-changing body to adapt to.

REFORMER SESSIONS

One on one pilates reformer sessions, allow you to maximise your results by working out against resistance in a very controlled and specific manner. You can expect all the mind and body benefits you get from a matwork class, though often quicker and better. Perfect for rehabilitation, or to target specific results. Also suitable for beginners to gain a complete understanding of pilates and its principles, and for more advanced enthusiasts to provide a new challenge. Contact Amy to arrange an appointment time.

Boxing is a great cardio workout and whole body toning. Includes partner work with pads and mits. A fantastic way to work off that stress.

Yoga is a discipline that connects you with your body and with your soul. Yoga strengthens the body, increases flexibility, decreases stress levels and brings about a sense of peace and harmony.

Pilates is a fantastic way to improve balance, flexibility, core strength and posture. Its ideal for toning up - creating longer, leaner muscles. Perfect to relieve stress, increase energy levels and improve body awareness. We incorporate resistance bands, fitballs, foam rollers, balance cushions and weighted balls to keep workouts interesting and challenging.

Pregnancy Pilates is a great way to help your body with the changes that occur during pregnancy and childbirth. Pilates focuses on maintaining fitness and good posture, building much needed core strength and pelvic stability. Workout in a comfortable and understanding environment, keeping you fit, strong and calm during your pregnancy. Instructor offers levels to suit everyone, throughout entire pregnancy. Running Club is perfect for runners of all levels, even if you do not consider yourself a runner. We will build up kms together, working towards Bridge to Brisbane 5km or 10km run August 29th as a group. Mixture of shorter distances, running drills, walk/run interval training, timed runs, races.

Want one-on-one time to maximise results? Personal training is designed for you and targets the results you are after! Perfect for all levels, whether you are after a very specific fitness goal, or after extra motivation or to be pushed harder than you push yourself. If you have particular restricting injuries, personal training is ideal, as we can design a very detailed rehab and strengthening program, getting fitness improvements without risking further damage. Also ideal for first time exercisers, as I can closely watch your technique and intensity levels to maximise results.

Or prefer to work out with your friends with a tailored program to suit? Can book in a regular time slot for pilates, boxing, aerobics, cardio or a combination of all at The Fitness Booth studio, to gain optimum results and motivation.

DAYTIME SPECIAL - ONLY $40 per hour between 8am and 4pm
    1-on-1 - $60 per hour
    2-3 people - $35 each per hour
