Welcome to FITLINE


We established ourselves in April 2002 with a passion to show and teach people how to enjoy life through greater health and fitness.

Since 2002 we have constantly developed our programs and skills to ensure we stay at the forefront of health and fitness to exceed the expectations of our clients. We have initiated professional development programs for our trainers, which include not only passing on our own skills and experience but by handpicking courses and programs developed by world leaders in our field notably, Paul Chek and Charles Poliquin, so we can provide a balance of exercise prescription, coaching and nutritional guidance.

For our clients we believe our role is not only to train you, but to educate, motivate and inspire you to live health. We strive to achieve this at a base level through our choice of trainers and their expertise, energy and positivity, and our exercise and nutritional programs. We also look to educate and inspire you to make better choices through our information and seminars, get you active through our events and to enjoy your new physical abilities and better health just by having fun with us and choosing to enjoy an active life.

It's all about you

Even though lots of our clients share similar goals, we know that no two individuals are the same. Your own motivation, physical abilities and lifestyle will be unique. So we’ll draw on our understanding and experience to recommend and initiate the solution that’s right for you.

Your trainer will work with you to develop a one-on-one personalised exercise and nutritional program based on your needs, goals, activity level, body type, lifestyle, food and exercise needs.

Full body training

We don’t sheepishly follow the latest fad. The types of equipment we use and principles we follow have been tested over the years by athletes, world class coaches and everyday folk. We cherry pick the best of what’s out there to create an approach that gets real results.

Modern exercise science

We focus on functional, integrated exercises that work your body the way it’s meant to be used. As well as working the large muscle groups, you’ll be strengthening and stretching the smaller stabilising muscles that help you maintain balance and stability and prevent injury. You’ll find muscles you never knew you had. And by working your whole body, you’ll improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, agility, coordination, cardio and power – and all that
