In order to provide the highest level of presonalized service "potential" HLC clients are required to:
- complete a comprehensive pre-screen (health and medical)
- complete a comprehensive set of lifestyle questionnaires to determine high, medium and low priority for addressing the major systems and structure os the body including: immune function, stress, nutrition, sleep/wake cycles, digestion, hormone balance and more.
MOVING FORWARD:
A personalized program addressing the 6 foundation princples is designed, reviewed and updated on a monthly basis.
INCLUSIONS:
- VIP Membership: Access to exlusive "members only forums" tools, resources and events along with special VIP offers, discounts and more.
- Online Access: to your own "PERSONAL PROFILE" including Questionnaires, Eat, Move and Sleep Diary, Movement programs in video format and a whole lot more.
Individual Physical Training
Programs are Based on the Universal Rule of Balance > Stability > Strength.
Programs are developed in-line with the very specific needs of the individual, ensuring peak performance potential can be acheived in a safe, sustainable and effective fashion... that is second to none!
Programs Include: Postural Alignment & Body Balance, Core Conditioning, Movement/Performance Conditioning Components.
