Lauren Webster is the Director of Finding Centre, a Fremantle based wellbeing business that specialises in working with all people including children from age six plus, parents, teens, teachers, older adults, people experiencing chronic pain, stress, anxiety, grief and loss, big emotions, and relationship difficulties.

Lauren teaches mind body mindset tools for wellbeing and resilience one to one and in groups in gyms, schools, families, community and organisations.

Lauren walks beside you sharing mindful movement, meditation and energy psychology modalities including facilitating subconscious change and eft tapping (emotional freedom technique) to help you find what feels good while learning and experiencing ways that work for you in processing emotions, grounding, cultivating listening, accessing intuition, softening, nurturing, experiencing deep rest, improving communication, presence, awareness, focus and achieving goals. This work involves intuitive intentional inspired action with accountability.

Lauren believes we are all busy humans in today’s world and we can all benefit from having simple fun tools to help us to find balance many times during the day preventatively or on the spot when difficult things come up.

This work helps with navigating life’s transitions, transforming stress, fear, anxiety, and refocusing on your dreams and goals. It is creative, empowering and rapidly helps open up to stepping into new possibilities.
