Filiz Niyazi is a holistic counsellor, trainer, and clinical supervisor with over 15 years of experience in helping people overcome various challenges and achieve lasting change. She is an accredited trainer and ACA counsellor and clinical supervisor of other counsellors.

Filiz specialises in most forms of addictions, anxiety, grief and loss, suicide prevention, parenting and relationships counselling, trauma informed practice, PTSD, and couples counselling. She uses a client centred and solution focussed approach that integrates various therapies such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom therapies, and more. She also uses a variety of complementary therapies to suit the needs of individuals and accelerate the healing process.

Filiz helps her clients grow rapidly in awareness, core stability, and holistic healing. The journey often involves a complete rewire of the brain and heart resonance to experience less stress and more peace, success, and self-acceptance.

Filiz offers the following services:

• Counselling Services: Receive individual or couple counselling or qualified clinical supervision from Filiz. (There is no Medicare rebate)
• Cost: $120 per hour, $150 per 1.5 hour, $200 per 75 mins for couple counselling
• Qualified Clinical Supervision: $150 per 60 mins for counsellors, managers, employees
• Tailored Group Training Services: Learn from Filiz’s development and delivery of training programs at your workplace.
• Topics: Accidental Counselling/Communication/Conflict Resolution Skills, Wellbeing programs – Stress Detox, Mindfulness, Self-Care, Self-Awareness & Team Building
