During Fast Blast you will experience a wide variety of exercises. Cardiovascular movements to Increase aerobic fitness, re-shape and lose weight. Build strength, endurance and muscle tone, using both equipment and body weight exercises.
We have a huge variety of sessions available to suit everyone, both Public and Private bookings are catered for.
Bookings available from
7-11am Monday to Friday.
Tuesday and Thursday night 5 - 6pm and
Saturday morning 9..30 am.
CORE FIT combines Pilates mat work with core conditioning, to deliver the most effective full body conditioning program.
Build core strength, increase balance and achieve total control of how your body moves. Core Fit caters to a broad community of people, looking to improve the bodies mobility and strength.
Hell Camp is labelled the ultimate fitness experience for a reason!
It combines military style exercise with a Bootcamp atmosphere, to deliver the most intense fitness you will endure over a 90 minute duration. Having a selection criteria to participate, ensures you are there purely to challenge yourself, discover your personal fitness achievements and put them to the test.
