- Small class sizes, which ensure a more personal approach and a practice to cater for all abilities;

Caroline established Experience Yoga at her home studio in 2005, to share her love of teaching Integral Yoga®.
This studio is well equipped with mats, cushions, props and blankets. It is fully air-conditioned and heated.

INTEGRAL YOGA® CLASSES IN 2012
TUESDAYS 7-8.30pm
THURSDAYS 6.15-7.45pm
RENEW/RELAX/BREATHE/MEDITATE
WEDNESDAYS 8-9.15pm
All classes include:
Asanas (body poses)
Yoga nidra (deep relaxation)
Pranayama (breathing exercises)
Meditation.
Casual class: $24 (1½ hours)
10 class pass: $200 (valid for 13 weeks from date of purchase)
Class sizes are small and bookings are essential.
Private lessons are also available.
MEDITATION
Group Meditation: 3-4pm, third Saturday in the month
These classes commence with pranayama and progress to meditation techniques.
The focus in 2012 will be on the book: “When Things Fall Apart: Heart advice for difficult times” by Pema Chodron
Casual session: $15
5 sessions: $70 (valid for 8 months from date of purchase)
Caroline also teaches yoga and meditation in the workplace.
