I am not sure how to describe the gift that I received from Chrissie Keynes.  I am aware of something in me that I have always wanted to experience as real. And now I know that it is. Like the way I know I have internal organs. I have never seen my liver or pancreas, but I believe that they exist in my body. My physical heart is easier to experience externally, so it is a bit easier to believe is true. Now, because of Chrissie, sitting across a Zoom screen, on the other side of the world, (Australia to Florida,) I know that I have a core of glistening, silver-white-light energy in the center of my body and extending into each limb, finger, and toe. When I tune into it, like tuning into my heart beat, I can feel the shimmer, the hum, the tingling of it. It is as real to me now as my heart. And much much much more real than my spleen. (Actually, I can't find any awareness of my spleen at all.) Chrissie did not say anything about this energy. She described her experience of my essence. I felt something while she was talking and I described the sensation and visual image to her. I am still able to sense it. I don't expect I will ever not be able to sense it. Just like when my dad first explained to me about feeling my heart beat through my pulse. What an incredible gift. Thank you, Chrissie Keynes, for connecting my consciousness with my essence. THANK YOU FOR A MOST MAGICAL EXPERIENCE OF MYSELF.
