Eastern Remedial Massage is a unique and highly effective style of body work therapy which works on your entire body (and all of its systems) to create balance, both physically and energetically. It realigns your body, relieves pain/prevents injuries, enhances performance, and gives you a combination of relaxation and vitality.
It includes Remedial massage techniques, acupressure, and numerous stretches. It is a unique body work style which uses minimal to no oil and can be performed both on a table and on a mat on the floor.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
30 minutes, therapeutic seated massage of the shoulder, neck, and scalp & face with clothes on that doesnt use oil unless needed. This traditional & effective massage is excellent for relieving stress and also promotes relaxation. With many benefits it is also great for general well being.
