Soul Centred Psychotherapy is an accredited therapeutic approach in which mindfulness, embodied experience, relationship with Self and other, meaning, and honouring the individual process are held as fundamental. 

In clinical practise, Ivana utilises techniques and interventions supporting clients to move into a more conscious, creative and manageable relationship with their life experiences. In her transformative work, Ivana seeks to alleviate the unbearable aspect that many such experiences can have. Ivana works with respect, compassion, integrity, and deep insight. 

 
Not all interventions are suitable for every client and as such, Ivana adapts the following techniques to the specific need at the time: Tapping/ Thought Matrix Meridian Therapy/Bilateral Stimulation Processing/EMDR/Therapeutic Ritual/Working with Parts of the Self/Hypnotherapy/Trance Work/Creative Therapy/ Chakra Work.
 
Ivana’s psychic and mediumship work is encompassed within a healing, psychotherapeutic context. Her intuitive gifts enable her to work in profound, precise and effective ways with her clients. Each session is vastly different, tailor-created to her client’s specific needs at the time. Sessions with Ivana are empowering, ushering in greater ease, peace and clarity.
 
Further to her clinical practise, Ivana facilitates intimate, hands-on workshops for students of psychic mediumship seeking to expand and celebrate their intuitive capacities.
